Job summary

Sierra Post Acute in Colorado is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our resident-focused team on a PRN, part-time basis. You will provide OT services to our residents, assess needs, and contribute to care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds an active CO OT license and experience in post-acute or skilled nursing settings is a plus. We offer competitive pay and opportunities for ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered CO OT license.
• Post-acute or skilled nursing facility experience is a plus.
• PRN/part-time availability.

Responsibilities
