Proficio Therapy Services is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat children, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across California clinics. The role includes documenting progress, creating home programs, and mentoring interns within the OT program.

Qualifications include NBCOT registration and CBOT licensure, with at least 1 year of pediatric clinical experience. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document findings and manage discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely treatment documentation and goals tracking for each child.
• Develop and implement home programs; incorporate perceptual, motor, and sensory strategies.
• Provide guidance and training to interns and volunteers within the occupational therapy program.

Key Responsibilities & Performance Expectations

Physical Demands

• Moderate physical activity, including lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs

• Periodic reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, and fine motor tasks requiring manual dexterity and mobility
