Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services in Pleasanton, CA is hiring a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to conduct evaluations, develop customized treatment plans, and lead discharge planning. You will document findings, track progress, and implement home programs that integrate perceptual, motor, and sensory strategies.

You will also mentor interns and volunteers, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to ongoing clinical trainings within a supportive, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Pediatric occupational therapist role, clinical duties in a pediatric setting.
• Builds and adjusts treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Maintains thorough documentation and goal tracking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, document findings, and manage discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely treatment documentation and goal tracking for each child.
• Develop and implement home programs incorporating perceptual, motor, and sensory strategies.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to interns and volunteers in the occupational therapy program.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings, with opportunities to lead or present sessions.
