Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services in California seeks a licensed pediatric occupational therapist to join our team. You will conduct evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, document progress, and guide families and clinicians in therapy goals.

Requirements include NBCOT certification and a California OT license, and at least 1 year of pediatric clinical experience. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, flexible scheduling, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, document findings, and manage discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough treatment documentation and goal tracking for each child.
• Develop and implement home programs as needed with perceptual, motor, and sensory-based strategies.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to interns and volunteers within the occupational therapy program.
• Participate in staff meetings and in-service trainings, with opportunities to lead or present trainings.
