Proficio Therapy Services is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist to conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress for children and families in California. You will manage discharge planning and create home programs incorporating perceptual, motor, and sensory strategies.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification/registration required.
• Licensed by the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT).
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric therapy experience.
• Strong documentation and discharge planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document findings and manage discharge planning.
• Develop and implement home programs incorporating perceptual, motor, and sensory strategies.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to interns and volunteers in the occupational therapy program.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings, with opportunities to lead sessions.
