Job summary

Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team in Briarcliff Manor, NY. The role focuses on empowering residents to regain independence through individualized therapy plans in a collaborative, team-centered environment.

Responsibilities include evaluations, evidence-based interventions, progress documentation, and care plan adjustments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current and active New York OT license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.

• Implement engaging, evidence-based interventions to promote independence in daily living activities.
• Monitor and document residents’ progress, adjusting care plans as needed.

• Support the rehabilitation of residents recovering from illness, injury, or disability.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and safeguard resident confidentiality.

Shift: Full Time 9am-5pm
Salary: $45-$55 per hour (based on experience)
