Job summary

Nassau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Hempstead, NY is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will assess residents, design personalized therapy plans, and help restore independence and quality of life.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions, document progress, and adapt treatments as residents recover from illness or injury.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active New York Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions to promote independence in daily living.
