Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine is seeking a Clinical Staff Physician to deliver high-quality occupational healthcare at our California centers. You will provide in-clinic and telemedicine services, lead clinical teams, and ensure compliance with state and company policies.

The role focuses on efficient patient care, continuous clinical improvement, and collaboration with medical leadership to optimize outcomes and center performance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical program (MD or DO) with unrestricted CA license
• Board-certified or eligible per ABPM/ABFM/AOA or state board
• Active DEA registration and BLS certification
• NRCME (DOT Medical Examiner) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Proficient with electronic medical records and coding standards

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care at the center and via telemedicine
• Lead by example to improve processes and patient experience
• Act as Primary Treating Physician for injuries in collaboration with therapists
• Manage clinicians and staff per supervisory requirements
• Ensure compliant clinical operations and proper documentation
