Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our California clinics on a full‑time basis. You will evaluate and treat work‑related injuries, provide telemedicine where appropriate, and help lead back‑office and nursing staff toward delivering high‑quality care.

Responsibilities include documenting medical records, coordinating with the Center Medical Director, and pursuing opportunities to grow services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program and CA license (or license in progress).
• Must meet all licensure requirements for the applicable state of practice.
• Current BLS certification required.
• NRCME (DOT Medical Examiner) certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat occupational medicine patients in clinic and via telemedicine.
• Establishes and monitors appropriate level of care for patients.
• Completes all medical record documentation prior to end of shift.
• Coordinate with Medical Director to ensure standards of care.
• Recommends growth opportunities for new or existing services.
• Ensures compliance with licensing and workers’ compensation regulations.
