Optum Washington is seeking a full-time Occupational Medicine Physician to join a clinician-led multi-specialty group in Everett. The role focuses on work-related injury/illness and occupational exposures, with COHE designation and a commitment to value-based care.

Flexible schedules with a potential 4-day work week, 7-week onboarding, and strong administrative and clinical support are provided. Compensation includes a $40,000 starting bonus, salary incentives, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Preventive Medicine, PM&R or Occupational Medicine.
• Unrestricted WA State Medical License or ability to obtain before employment.
• Current WA DEA certificate or ability to obtain before employment.

Responsibilities

• Focus solely on work-related injury/illness and occupational exposures.
• Lead as part of COHE, applying high-quality, evidence-based care.
• See patients with structured scheduling, including time for new and follow-up visits.
