Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in preventive medicine, PM&R, occupational medicine, or related specialty, or ability to obtain certification prior to employment.
• Unrestricted WA State Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Current WA DEA certificate or ability to obtain prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Treat work-related injury/illness and occupational exposures as the primary focus of the role.
• See a typical patient load with emphasis on quality and safety within COHE guidelines.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver value-based care and support leadership development.

Education
