Job summary

Paylocity seeks a Customer & Health Service Representative to support training, scheduling, and occupational health testing across our organization. You will work with trainees, instructors, and medical staff to ensure compliance, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.

The role combines eLearning lab proctoring, scheduling, and health testing tasks with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality. Travel to different locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Open/close eLearning lab daily; maintain cleanliness and inventory.
• Check in trainees, verify identification, and launch courses or exams.
• Proctor trainees and enforce testing protocols and company policies.
• Assist Safety Instructors with classroom setup, material inventory, and testing procedures.
• Report course discrepancies and unethical behavior to management.
• Greet and process trainees, verify credentials, and issue badges.
• Handle registrations, payments, and course requirement confirmations.
• Use custom software applications for scheduling and trainee management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist other departments during peak periods.
• Administer respirator fit tests, audiometric tests, drug/alcohol screenings, and pulmonary function tests.
