Licensure as an RN is required; 1+ year nursing experience is preferred, though new grads with LPN or BSN qualifications may be considered. On-site training and emergency response readiness are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license required.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred; new grads considered with LPN or BSN.
• Occupational health experience not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong communication and confidentiality in a team setting.
• Physical ability to work in a plant environment and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical history and physical assessments to promote health and prevent illness.
• Educate team members on communicable diseases and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical practice in all screenings and records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety and recovery.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, providing first aid as needed; CPR if required.
