Job summary

JBS USA is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse (RN) to support employee health, safety, and return-to-work programs at our Grand Island facility. Under the supervision of the Occupational Health Manager, you will deliver direct nursing care and promote a culture of safety.

This role emphasizes regulatory compliance, injury management, and collaboration with Safety, HR, and Operations to maintain wellness and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience.
• Occupational health, industrial nursing, urgent care, workers' compensation, or emergency care experience preferred.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to employees under physician directives and nursing standards.
• Monitor employee health status and report significant changes to the OH Manager.
• Assist with injury management, return-to-work, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in OSHA, HIPAA, and workers' compensation programs as applicable.
• Collaborate with Safety, HR, and Operations to promote health and safety.
