JBS USA in Grand Island, NE is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse (RN). This role provides direct nursing care to employees under the supervision of the Occupational Health Manager and supports health, safety, injury management, compliance, and return-to-work programs.

You will perform clinical assessments, screenings, and health education, while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and documentation accuracy. A collaborative, safety-focused environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience; occupational health preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to employees under physician directives and nursing standards.
• Conduct drug and alcohol screenings and occupational health assessments as assigned.
• Assist with case management, return-to-work programs, and ergonomic safety
• Maintain confidential health records and ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, HIPAA).
• Collaborate with Safety, HR, and Operations to support health and safety objectives.
