Job summary

JBS Foods is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to lead occupational health Care at our Colorado facility. You will provide on-site nursing care, perform first aid, and coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes in alignment with OSHA and HIPAA requirements.

The role requires flexibility to work roughly 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and ideally bilingual candidates. We offer health, dental and vision coverage after 60 days, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must hold Colorado RN license.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Experience in occupational health or industrial setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains an efficient occupational health care process for the facility.
• Ensures compliance with health policies, nursing standards, and physicians orders.
• Maintains documentation meeting legal requirements and HIPAA/confidentiality rules.
• Provides acute care, follow-up, rehabilitation and case management for employees.
• Manages workers' compensation processes and return-to-work evaluations.
• Schedules health assessments and fitness-for-duty evaluations.
• Oversees drug and alcohol testing compliance as per company program.
• Performs on-site care within scope of practice; may require after-hours availability.
