Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Employee Health department at Bethesda North Hospital. This part-time role (48 hours bi-weekly) supports occupational health services and workplace safety, with a day shift from 6:30am to 4:30pm and no weekends or holidays.

The RN will promote health and safety for team members, perform pre-employment and ongoing assessments, administer vaccines, and ensure HIPAA compliance, while collaborating with Human Resources and leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 2-3 years clinical nursing experience in Occupational Medicine, Employee Health, ED, ICU, and/or Med-Surg is required.
• RN license is required.
• Knowledge of nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs at various life stages.
• Preferred active participation in applicable specialty professional organization.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to privacy requirements and maintains health records for team members.
• Interprets and executes provider orders and ensures safe, competent care.
• Educates team members on infection control practices and wellness.
• Collaborates with HR and leadership to promote a healthy work environment.
