Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for Employee Health at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. The part-time position offers a Day Shift (6:30am-4:30pm) with no weekends or holidays, and 48 hours bi-weekly.

The role emphasizes clinical nursing within occupational health, infection control, and workplace safety compliance. Required are an Associate's Degree in Nursing and 2–3 years of nursing experience in occupational health or related areas, with an active RN license.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 2–3 years nursing experience in Occupational Medicine, Employee Health, ED, ICU or Medical-Surgical.
• Registered Nurse license required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and confidentiality rules.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain the health and safety of team members in the workplace.
• Maintain health records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with regulations.
• Interpret and execute provider orders and supervise nursing activities.
• Educate team members on infection control practices and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with HR and leadership to support employee health needs and attendance.
