Job summary

Ascension Via Christi Occupational Health Center in Manhattan, KS seeks a Physician Assistant to join the Occupational Health Team on a full-time basis. You will provide occupational health services at the Manhattan Occupational Health Clinic with periodic coverage at NBAF.

Requirements include Kansas PA licensure, BLS, and a Master's degree is preferred. The role emphasizes clinic-based care, preventive services, and accurate documentation within a supportive nonprofit health system.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required or within 1 month of hire.
• Licensed Physician Assistant by Kansas Board of Healing Arts within 3 months of hire.
• Graduate from an accredited PA program; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational health services at Manhattan Occupational Health Clinic.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage work-related illnesses and injuries.
• Perform preventive health assessments, screenings, and immunizations.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Provide coverage at NBAF as needed.
• Collaborate with a nonprofit health system for patient care.
