Job summary

The position partners with the Medical Director to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality occupational health services, including onboarding, training, and workflow coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities of Occupational Health services with Medical Director and MHN leadership to align with standards and initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day operational guidance and support to Occupational Health staff, including onboarding, training, and workflow coordination.
• Monitor departmental expenses and budget activity, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and resource utilization, and prepare corporate client proposals.
• Coordinate processes to support timely, professional service delivery to corporate clients and patients, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist with responding to client service needs and coordinate follow-up with the Medical Director, Business Development Manager, and other team members.
