• Coordinates clinical research trials
• Conducts literature reviews
• Manages and reconciles grant budgets and allocates monthly expenses
• Purchases research supplies and creates workshop materials and invoices
• Prints, binds coalition notebooks, and generates quarterly reports
• Manages workflows independently with strong organization
• Develops or maintains SOPs for the Division of Addiction Sciences
• Maintains research equipment and storage facilities
• Identifies new clinical research related to the division's mission
• Performs other duties as assigned
