Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required at hire.
• RN license in Kentucky required at hire.
• APRN licensure in Kentucky required at hire.
• National APRN certifications (AANP/AACCN/NCCCOGN/PNCB/ANCC) required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a physician to diagnose and treat acute or chronic conditions.
• Obtain patient history, perform assessments, and order/interpret tests.
• Provide direct care, including counseling and education for patients and families.
• Manage care plans and document assessments and plans accurately.
• Coordinate registrations and collect demographic/insurance information as needed.
