Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and perform assessment via observation, interview, and examination.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies.
• Provide direct treatment and management of health conditions via prescriptive authority or referral.
• Counsel and educate patients and families on prevention, treatment options and resources.
• Document assessment and care plans accurately and timely.
• Coordinate registration functions including demographic, insurance, and co-payments.
