• Provides counseling and education of patients and families concerning preventative health, treatment options, and resources.
• Promotes informed choices, shared decision-making, and self-determination.
• Documents assessment and care plans accurately and timely.
• Coordinates registration functions including demographic, insurance, employer information, and co-payments.
