Kyyba is seeking an Occupant Safety CAE Engineer to generate occupant CAE models and support development of next generation Vehicle Platform Architectures for electric vehicles. You will apply CAE, FMA, and safety DV methods to optimize frontal, side, rear, and pedestrian impact performance.

Based in a hybrid role in Allen Park, MI, you will collaborate with Advanced Vehicle Crash Safety teams, contribute to DOE studies, and help produce high-quality CAE results across program phases from

• Experience in occupant safety CAE modeling and analysis.
• Strong fundamentals in engineering mechanics.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams across global locations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop occupant CAE models in LS-Dyna for various crash modes.
• Correlate component CAE models with responsibility DRs and suppliers.
• Support DOE/DFSS studies using optimization tools to meet performance targets.
• Contribute to concept development and system-level occupant performance assessments.
• Participate in design reviews and present concepts to improve safety performance.
