Job description

We are seeking an Occupancy Specialist to join our team in Dorchester, MA. This is a full‑time position at a property with 270 units of affordable family housing. The work hours are Monday‑Friday 8:00‑4:00. The Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all households are recertified on an annual and interim basis and are in compliance with Section 8 and LIHTC regulations. The Occupancy Specialist will also process move‑ins/move‑outs, assist with rent collections, and provide support to residents. Some filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks to support the office will also be included in the responsibilities.
