Job summary

Maloney Properties LLC in Bradford, MA seeks a full-time Occupancy Specialist to support Presidential Gardens, a 200-unit PB Section 8 community. Office hours are 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday. You will ensure annual and interim recertifications and compliance with affordable housing regulations, and handle move-ins/move-outs and rent collections.

You will also perform filing, data entry and other admin tasks to support the office, with additional support to the southern NH portfolio as needed.

Qualifications

• Recertifications for households must be completed annually and interim as required by affordable housing regulations.
• Experience with move-ins/move-outs and rent collections is a plus.
