Job summary

Maloney Properties LLC is seeking a full-time Occupancy Specialist to support our Bradford, MA residential community of 200 units. Responsibilities include annual/interim recertifications, move-ins/move-outs, rent collections, and general office support.

The role requires experience with Project-Based Section 8 recertifications, COS certification (preferred), and proficiency in MS Office. Bilingual English/Spanish is required; a valid driver's license is also necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in the recertification process for affordable housing (Project-Based Section 8).
• COS or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management software is a plus.
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all households are recertified on an annual and interim basis and compliant with affordable housing regulations.
• Process move-ins/move-outs and assist with rent collections.
• Provide resident support and perform filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
• Support the southern NH portfolio as needed.
