Suna Solutions seeks a Manager – Operations Control Center (OCC) in Bloomington, MN, onsite. This leadership role guides a real-time OCC supporting renewable energy assets, overseeing 24 employees across shifts to ensure continuous, compliant operation.

The role emphasizes strategy, process improvement, and staff development, with heavy focus on safety, reliability, and regulatory adherence in a high-stakes energy environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in real-time control room or operations
• 5+ years of management experience
• Experience leading multi-shift teams and staffing
• Experience with renewable energy operations and electrical generation
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (NERC, utility) and KPI tracking

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily OCC operations and real-time monitoring
• Lead a 24-person OCC team including shift supervisors and operators
• Maintain 24/7 staffing schedules and operational continuity
• Develop and implement OCC policies, standards, and strategic goals
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in processes and technology
• Manage OCC contracts, budget, and stakeholder relationships
