Job summary

Spring Branch Independent School District is seeking a Multi-Classroom Leader Facilitator (OC-TX) to coordinate design and implementation of the Opportunity Culture program on one or more campuses. You will lead a team of three or more MCLs and align instructional strategies to improve student achievement.

You will monitor data, collaborate across campus teams, and prepare communication materials for staff and families, with principal-approved guidance. A Texas teaching certificate is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and valid Texas teaching certificate.
• Certification must meet state/federal requirements to remain qualified for the position.
• Experience leading and managing a team of adults to accomplish goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare high-expectation OC-TX goals with campus leadership.
• Model instructional tools and coach teachers on content and processes.
• Lead OC-TX teams to analyze data and identify effective strategies.
• Schedule regular planning with campus OC-TX staff and review assessment data.
• Survey pedagogical capacity and create action plans for implementation.
• Model lessons, observe teaching, and coach next steps for teachers.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff, students, and families.
