Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of successful classroom experience.
• Experience leading and managing a team of adults.

Responsabilités

• Lead a small team of teachers, paraprofessionals, and teacher residents to meet standards of excellence.
• Co-teach, model, coach, and provide feedback to team members.
• Analyze student learning data and adjust instruction for high-growth outcomes.
• Coordinate planning and preparation, set ambitious, measurable goals, and allocate time effectively.
• Communicate progress with the principal and families as needed.
