Job summary

Marvelous Plumbing in Orange County, CA is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to expand our customer base and build lasting client relationships. You will lead outbound outreach, qualify leads, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding, all while working toward revenue targets.

The role requires 1–3 years in business development or sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a self-motivated, independent work style.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, trades, or home services is a plus; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients.
• Generate and qualify leads to grow the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
• Present and promote plumbing services to potential clients and key decision-makers.
• Track sales activity, follow-ups, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and lead generation targets.
