Veritech Plumbing is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Service Manager in Orange County, CA to drive sales growth and lead a high-performing team across Project Managers, Sales Engineers, and Coordinators.

You will build client relationships, oversee budgeting and profitability, and collaborate with construction and field teams to tailor plumbing solutions for customers. A strong background in commercial service sales and operations is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in plumbing service sales and operational leadership.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Expertise in contract negotiations, financial planning, and risk management.
• Deep understanding of plumbing systems engineering and service operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Market Growth – develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our plumbing services footprint.
• Lead & Mentor a High-Performing Team – manage and coach Project Managers, Sales Engineers, and Coordinators.
• Build & Maintain Strong Client Relationships – engage with new and existing clients to identify business opportunities and deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee Financial Planning & Profitability – ensure revenue performance, budgeting strategies, and tracking key metrics.
• Collaborate with Construction & Field Teams – work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality plumbing solutions.
• Strategize for Long-Term Success – lead the department’s growth and succession planning.
