Vancouver Clinic is seeking a full-time BC/BE Obstetrician Gynecologist to join our Generalist team. The department includes 20 OB/GYNs, 15 Nurse Midwives, 5 Women’s Health APCs, and 2 Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians, providing care at PeaceHealth Southwest and Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center.

The role balances clinic work with regular on-call duties and features Level 3 NICUs at both hospitals. The position offers a production-based compensation model with upside earning potential.

Qualificações

• Board-certified/board-eligible OB/GYN for Generalist role.
• Experience in hospital-based obstetrics/gynecology helpful.

We are looking for a full-time BC/BE Obstetrician Gynecologist to join our department in a Generalist position. Our growing department consists of 20 Obstetrician Gynecologists, 15Nurse Midwives, 5 Women’s Health APCs and 2 Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians who all work collaboratively to provide personalized care during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. We provide services at both local hospitals – PeaceHealth Southwest and Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center. Additionally, we provide a variety of surgical procedures, including abdominal surgery and minimally invasive vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic techniques at our Vancouver Clinic’s state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Additional details:

• Work is split between clinic and call

• Call involves covering L&D at one hospital, backing up CNM group, as well as ER city call

• A full-time physician (0.8 – 1.0 FTE) works in clinic 4-5 days/week with approximately 1 call day/week

• Level 3 NICUs at both hospitals

• Compensation is a Production modelwith upside-earning potential

• New clinicians have a 1-year guaranteeof $366,000 (1.0 FTE)

• Up to$35,000starting bonus

• Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in
