Our multispecialty clinic is physician owned, which prioritizes the highest quality patient care and a strong work-life balance. We’re looking for a full-time (1.0. FTE) BC/BE Pediatrician to join our Pediatrics Department at our Columbia Tech Center location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for practicing evidence-based medicine in a collegial, cohesive group. The department consists of 21 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians. Position details: 100% Outpatient practice Full-time preferred with 4-5 days/week schedule (may consider part-time) Shared called among the department with 24-hour patient access to nurse advice line Established referral network with excellent collaboration between primary care & specialty care Compensation is a Production model New clinicians have 2-year guarantee at $285,000 with upside earning potential Up to $35,000 starting bonus Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in Compensation information is provided based on available data at the time of posting and is subject to change.
