Vancouver Clinic in Southwest Washington is seeking a BC/BE Obstetrician Gynecologist to join our Generalist department. The role combines clinic work with call coverage, including L&D at local hospitals and ER backup for CNM group, with Level 3 NICUs at both sites.

The full-time position features a production-based compensation model with upside earning potential. New clinicians receive a 1-year guaranteed $366,000 (1.0 FTE) and may earn up to $35,000 starting bonus, plus a two-year partnership

Obstetrician Gynecologist (OB/GYN)

We are looking for a full-time BC/BE Obstetrician Gynecologist to join our department in a Generalist position. Our growing department consists of 20 Obstetrician Gynecologists, 15 Nurse Midwives, 5 Women's Health APCs and 2 Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians who all work collaboratively to provide personalized care during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. We provide services at both local hospitals - PeaceHealth Southwest and Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center. Additionally, we provide a variety of surgical procedures, including abdominal surgery and minimally invasive vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic techniques at our Vancouver Clinic's state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center.
