Job summary

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a full-time BC/BE Obstetrician Gynecologist to join our Generalist department. The team includes 20 OB/GYN physicians, CNMs, and MFM specialists, with care across local hospitals and a state-of-the-art ambulatory center.

The position features a production-based compensation model with a 1-year guarantee of $366,000 for 1.0 FTE, plus a starting bonus up to $35,000. Work is split between clinic and on-call duties in Washington state, near Portland, Oregon.

We are looking for a full-time BC/BE Obstetrician Gynecologist to join our department in a Generalist position.

Our growing department consists of 20 Obstetrician Gynecologists, 15 Nurse Midwives, 5 Women’s Health APCs and 2 Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians who all work collaboratively to provide personalized care during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.

We provide services at both local hospitals – PeaceHealth Southwest and Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center.

Additionally, we provide a variety of surgical procedures, including abdominal surgery and minimally invasive vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic techniques at our Vancouver Clinic’s state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Work is split between clinic and call Call involves covering L&D at one hospital, backing up CNM group, as well as ER city call.

A full-time physician (0.8 – 1.0 FTE) works in clinic 4-5 days/week with approximately 1 call day/week Level 3 NICUs at both hospitals.

Compensation is a Production model with upside-earning potential.

New clinicians have a 1-year guarantee of $366,000 (1.0 FTE).

Up to $35,000 starting bonus.

Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in.
