Vancouver Clinic in Portland, OR seeks BC/BE Internal Medicine physicians for 100% outpatient care at multiple clinics (NW Portland, Gresham Square, Lloyd Center, Happy Valley). Production-based compensation with a 2-year guarantee and upside earning potential.

We’re looking for a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join our team in Portland, OR. We have positions available at our clinics in NW Portland, Gresham Square, Lloyd Center, and Happy Valley. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering evidence-based medicine in a collegial environment. Candidates with special interest in LGBTQ health are encouraged to apply.

Our Internal Medicine Department is growing! We currently have 6 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians in Oregon, and 31 physicians and 23 Advanced Practice Clinicians across both OR and WA.

Position Details

• Full-time or Part-time (0.6 – 1.0 FTE)
• Flexible schedule (4 days/week)
• 100% outpatient; shared call among Oregon clinicians (phone only)
• Compensation is a Production model
• New clinicians have a 2-year guarantee between $301,321 – $326,401 with upside earning potential
• Up to $150,000 starting & retention bonus
• Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in
