Baptist Health Louisville is expanding its 30+ bed Observation Unit to support the Emergency Department and telemetry units. This part-time night-shift RN role focuses on care for low-acuity patients needing short-term evaluation to determine admission.

The unit offers favorable nurse-to-patient ratios and values Telemetry, ED, ICU/CCU, or acute-care experience. Qualified candidates will hold an active Kentucky RN license with BCLS and ACLS, and will ideally have telemetry or acute-care

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN License.
• BCLS.
• ACLS.
• Preferred background Telemetry, ED, ICU/CCU, or acute-care experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive assessments and reassessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
