Baptist Health Louisville is expanding its 30+ bed Observation Unit to support the Emergency Department and telemetry units. This part-time night-shift RN role focuses on care for low-acuity patients needing short-term evaluation to determine admission.

The unit offers favorable nurse-to-patient ratios and values Telemetry, ED, ICU/CCU, or acute-care experience. Qualified candidates will hold an active Kentucky RN license with BCLS and ACLS, and will ideally have telemetry or acute-care

We care for low-acuity patients who need short-term evaluation before determining whether admission is required. This fast-paced unit offers strong nurse-to-patient ratios and is well-suited for nurses with Telemetry, ED, ICU/CCU, or other acute-care experience.
