Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs thorough assessments and ongoing reassessments to guide patient care.
• Develops individualized, evidence-based plans of care.

• Demonstrates strong critical thinking and leadership in care.
• Utilizes blood-draw skills to support timely lab collection (not required).
