Job summary

Concord Hospital in New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a population-specific patient group. The RN collaborates with families and the care team, following organizational standards and protocols; reports to the Nurse Manager.

The role requires NH RN licensure, BSN preferred, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience. Strong teamwork and patient education skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse - New Hampshire Board of Nursing licensure.
• One year of clinical nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Gathers data through history taking and physical assessment and interprets data to plan and implement interventions.
• Develops, evaluates and revises the patient’s plan of care based on needs.
• Documents care provided and tracks patient progress toward outcomes.
• Directs and supervises others in delegated nursing activities.
• Teaches patients and families about the plan of care and post-discharge care.
• Manages time and resources to deliver patient care.
• Administers medications and provides direct patient care.
• Leads the health care team and serves as a resource for shifts.
