LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an RN to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced 24-bed Observation Unit, handling short-term treatment, monitoring, and recovery. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compassionate care while promoting patient education and safe practice throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree and RN licensure.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 2+ years of experience.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, medications, and post-treatment care.
• Manage pain, IV antibiotics, fluids, transfusions, post-surgical observation, and drain/tube care.
• Monitor patients with complex needs and post-op recovery from various procedures.
• Promote patient-centered care by recognizing patient preferences, cultural, emotional, and spiritual needs.
