Job summary

• Performs activities of daily living and personal care under RN supervision.
• Performs clinical procedures for physical, mental health and social needs under RN supervision.
• Documents care provided and reports observations to the RN.
• Maintains patient care areas for cleanliness, safety and supplies.
• Receives delegated work per the five rights of delegation.
• Demonstrates time management skills.
• Serves as a preceptor for new employees.
