Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs activities of daily living and personal care under RN supervision.
• Performs technical skills related to physical, mental health, and social needs under RN guidance.
• Documents care provided and reports patient status to the RN.
• Adheres to safe patient handling policies.
• Demonstrates time management in care delivery.
• Keeps patient care areas clean, safe, and stocked.
• Receives delegated work following the five rights of delegation.
• Performs other duties as assigned and acts as a preceptor for new staff.
• Works as part of a team to support patient care.
