Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant to join the Observation Unit on the night shift. Under RN supervision, you will perform direct and indirect patient care, document observations, and assist with daily activities for a diverse patient population.

The role requires an LNA certificate, NH LNA license, and BLS certification. You will work with a supportive team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care while maintaining clean and well-organized units.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of an LNA certificate program.
• Current New Hampshire LNA license.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification or equivalent.
• Ability to function as part of a team and deliver patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision.
• Perform activities of daily living and basic nursing tasks.
• Document care provided and report patient observations to the RN.
• Maintain patient care areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Serve as a preceptor for new employees as needed.
