Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) per IDFPR.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs RN duties for assigned patients and implements unit procedures.
• Maintains accurate nursing documentation and plan of care.
• Completes admission assessments and develops care plans.
• Implements and adjusts care plans; monitors patient condition.
• Ensures patient safety,falls, isolation precautions, and ambulation safety.
• Delivers medications using the 5 Rights and verifies orders.
• Communicates with health care team for coordinated care.
• Facilitates admission/discharge processes and patient education.
