• Performs unit-specific nursing duties according to scope of service.

• Completes initial patient assessments and develops plans of care.
• Implements and modifies care plans based on patient status.
• Communicates with team to resolve issues and supports professional development.
• Ensures patient safety, fall precautions, infection control, and ambulation safety.
• Delivers medications using the 5 Rights and supports discharge planning.
