Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in the state the facility requires.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or obtained within 30 days.
• College diploma or degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Performs all responsibilities and duties required by unit as specific to the scope of service.
• Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care.
• Completes initial patient assessments and develops care plans.
• Implements care plans and nursing interventions; updates as patient condition changes.
