Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Arizona (or compact state)
• 5+ years med-surg/acute care experience preferred
• BSN completion within 60 months or queued plan to complete

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per ANA standards and ethics
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Develop and revise patient care plans and document care
• Monitor and record patient status and responses to treatment
• Educate patients and families on illness, treatments, and home care
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for patient outcomes
• Mentor and guide nursing staff and students
